A thankful outpouring…

I have been attending Sarah’s writing workshops since 2015. I became a mental health therapist in 2020. I often attribute a lot of what I learned about being a good therapist from Sarah and her ability to hold space for “the process”. While attending Sarah’s writing workshops, I have recorded exquisite details of my life. Highlighting its most tragic heartaches and most magnificent joys, and often tapped into hidden grief that I didn’t know was there. It is the best form of therapy . There is so much self discovery and healing that can be found using pen to paper and Sarah is the perfect teacher for this practice.

"I always wanted to be a part of this writing with Sarah. She has a way with words, specifically when it comes to pain. The writing circle helped me engage into my true feelings. Helped me feel comfortable with sharing my fears, fantasies, and my f**k-it's. I absolutely love how she created a safe space for all of us to share our thoughts without any advice or judgement. Let the those f**king tears out!"

Sarah brings light into the darkest of rooms, whether that darkness be in our hearts or in our spaces. She allows hope to shine in what she does. It isn't just about what Sarah does but more about her essence. Her essence gives others permission to see their own beauty. Sarah has personally changed my life by just allowing me the space to share my voice, my story, my pain and my truth. She is spiritual by nature and with that gift healing begins. It is an honor to have Sarah in my life, I admire her greatly. I am thankful for her, her light, her talents. If you want light, love and empowerment in your life, she is the perfect person to guide you there. She will listen to you and really hear you. She truly is a gift from the universe.

"Writing Circle with Sarah has been a joyful and life-affirming experience for me. The opportunity to sit in community and explore through writing has sparked creativity, insights and a connection to myself. Whether you self-identify as a writer or simply a "person with a pen", you will benefit from the process. Sarah provides a supportive presence and a light, inquisitive and playful path as she guides the group with timed writing exercises and non-judgmental support and sharing."
